Apartament przytulne urządzony i przestronny. Trzy balkony a z głównego piekny widok na góry. Kuchnia i łazienka bardzo dobrze wyposażone. W łazience jest pralka. Bardzo miła właścicielka, która mieszka na parterze. Obiekt położony jest troche na uboczu ale dzięki temu jest cisza i spokój a dojazd do największych atrakcji Como nadal jest sprawny. Na najbliższą plaze jedzie sie około 10 minut.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, od pobliskiego Colico raptem 5 minut jazdy autem. W pobliżu jest centrum handlowe. Lokal wyposażony we wszystko co może się przydać na wyjeździe, dodatkowo była zamontowana klimatyzacja co przy ich upałach jest bardzo przydatne. Parking zamykany na terenie posesji. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni.

Estancia cómoda y reljada a 10 minutos de Colico. Nos costó algo encontrar la casa pero Agata es una persona muy buena y detallista. Villa encantadora, como su nombre indica. Recomendable.
