This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Casa Rio Elba in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in after 8 PM is possible with an extra fee of € 50. Bed linen and towels are not included, it is possible to rent them up to 1 week before arrival. The price of linen and towels: € 20 per person per week.

"Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante"

Posizione molto bella anche se lontana dal mare, panorama meraviglioso, paese accessibile a piedi e ampia terrazza godibile. Locali spaziosi e luminosi. Posto auto privato molto comodo. Ottima organizzazione per il ritiro delle chiavi. Buone dotazioni in cucina. Aria condizionata adeguata, visto il periodo di gran caldo che abbiamo trovato.

Pulizia scadente, abbiamo trovato rifiuti nella pattumiera, armadi sporchi, qualche capo di abbigliamento dimenticato da inquilini precedenti, necessario maggior controllo su come viene effettuata. Carente la dotazione per il bucato (poche mollette, nessun catino, uno stendino rugginoso)
