appartamento ben attrezzato, pulito e accogliente. posizione comoda a tutti i servizi, stazione a due passi a piedi, pizzerie e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. ottimo, consigliatissimo

Mi è piaciuta molto la correttezza e il cercare di risolvere tutti i problemi, la gentilezza e simpatia di Deborah, specialmente il cercare di rimediare a tutti i problemi e il parziale rimborso

Ci sono stati parecchi disagi, a cominciare dal condizionatore che gocciolava, la macchinetta del Caffè che aveva problemi e il boiler dell'acqua calda che non andava (sono venuti a cercare di risolvere per il Condizionatore ma purtroppo non è stato possibile ripararlo e mi è stato dato un ventilatore), la macchinetta del Caffè e l'acqua calda poi sono stati risolti venendo sempre Loro a sistemare. Ho appunto però apprezzato molto la correttezza nell'essere rimborsato di un terzo di ciò che ho speso per via del condizionatore, più la Colazione il giorno dopo per gli altri problemi, per questo ho voluto premiare questo con un bell'8

Apartament cochet, frumos amenajat, dotat si utilat cu tot ce e necesar! Deborah a fost foarte drăguță. Modalitatea de check-in foarte bine explicata. Situat aproape de stația de autobuz. O varianta excelenta de cazare aproape in Milano. In vecinatate se afla Outlet Scalo Milano.

The apartment is a short walk to the centre. There are shops, beauty salon, hairdresser close by. There is an outlet shopping centre nearby.

The central location is great - short walk to the square, shops and the train station. The apartment is clean and comfortable. There is a TV with mainstream channels (in Italian) plus Netflix (which I believe you can change the language) and YouTube video. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine and plenty of storage - it was well appointed. The bed mattress and pillows were a bit soft but that didn't stop us sleeping well.

Apart from not having a toaster (which, having stayed in an Italian apartment before, I know is not something Italians use), there was nothing we didn't like.
