The location was an easy walk from the station once we found it! The directions were confusing on apps and description. It was spacious and comfortable for a self-catering unit. There was adequate heating equipment.

Collecting the key was filled with misunderstandings. The number we phoned was apparently not to the correct person. We did not receive the instructions for the key until we were already on the premises for about an hour.

We spent a couple of days there and the b&b was at a great location making it easy to access everything around us! The room was nice, neat and cozy (very clean) breakfast was more than enough and had baked goods. The two b&b owners were friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and gave clear answers to any questions asked (tips, parking, cool locations/spots.) We had enjoyed our stay so much we have plans to come back in the summer, overall we highly recommend for you to stay there.

Very convenient location for the station, so it being within a couple minutes walk was ideal

The general area felt a little unsafe, especially in the evening. Although we stuck to a main road to explore shops and restaurants on, the side alleyways had groups lingering and didn't promote a safe feeling. Lovely restaurant found for dinner.

Recently renovated and in very good condition. Large rooms with plenty of living space. Unlike many other travelers, we found the apartment was easy to find when you prepare your walking map before arrival. 2 minute walk from train station, 6 minutes from bus terminal. Highly recommended for a short stay (nobody wants to stay more than two nights in Genoa!)

Unlike many other apartment style rooms, there were no essentials basket (coffee, snacks, etc)

Well located, communication and very clean and large apartment. I am planning to go back next year
