During the rain all the rooms were flooded by leaky windows. Our stuff was flooded too. Despite reporting this to the host, we have not received any response. The condition of the furniture and other comments indicate that this is not the first such situation - the furniture is rotten. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the apartment was dirty. All utensils had to be washed before use. The beds were sunken in and the duvet had no pillowcase.

The location was great, right on the main street in Ortigia,but it wasn't noisy. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for big group of friends. The communication and check in and check out was very easy.

The boiler was very small and there wasn't enough hot water for everyone.

There was a thunderstorm and the rain poured in through the closed balcony doors. Balcony doors must be fixed.

In the heart of Ortigia, close to most of the turistic attractions. Big appartment. AC. Elevator.
