Villa Maddalena con parcheggio privato

Wunderschöne Lage. Der Vermieter, Gianpriamo hat vor der Reise Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen und uns die Sehenswürdigkeiten mit Routenbeschreibung verschickt. Gianpriamo hat uns mit Wein und Gebäck empfangen. Er hat uns immer wieder gefragt, ob wir was benötigen und hat uns sogar ein Grill und Grillkohle zur Verfügung gestellt. Parkplatz in der Garage. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu sagen.

Fijn en mooi ingericht appartement in het dorp Baunei waar genoeg te doen is wat betreft eten, uitjes en activiteiten. Mooi verzorgt appartement waar we een hartelijk welkom kregen met een flesje wijn. Supermarkt was om de hoek en onze host kwam met fijne tips voor bezichtigingen en stranden in de omgeving. Alle kamers hadden airconditioning en het appartement heeft een balkon en privé parkeren is gelukkig ook mogelijk.

Omdat het appartement geen echte zithoek heeft behalve de bankjes op het balkon en de eethoek in de keuken is het wat ons betreft minder geschikt voor een langdurig verblijf.

Un bellissimo appartamento, nuovo ed arredato con gusto. Pulizia impeccabile. Dispone di un fantastico terrazzino super attrezzato, con una vista panoramica mozzafiato. Posizionato in una zona centrale perfetta sia per spostarsi facilmente con l'auto sia per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Baunei. Ideale per una famiglia. Gianpriamo un proprietario delizioso, molto cortese e disponibile.

We stayed in the apartment with balcony and we liked that it was very clean and spacious, nicely decorated, with confortable beds and air conditioning in every room. The location in the beginning of Baunei makes it more convenient for drivers that have less experience with narrow streets. The city center is at about 10 minutes away by foot and nice beaches are 15-30 minutes away by car. But the real value of the place comes from Gianpriamo, the host. He’s extremely kind and helpful and gave us a tone of good advice and recommendations. Our stay was perfect and we hope to go back someday.

Great hosts(Gianpriamo and Rita), they gave us information about all the activities, restaurants and shops in the area. Everything was as described, the apartment , the beautiful terrace, the covered parking.

Four nights were too few for us!

The apartment is beautiful and has an amazing view, centrally located for those trying to explore the coast. The apartment situated in a great location. It has modern facilities and the staff are so friendly -- we even were gifted a bottle of wine!
