It is a terrible place to take a care and the parking was very difficult to find - Plus although close a LONG walk up a hill - esp if have heavy bags - also we did not know but DONT take your car to the place and it woidl have been nice to know this. The Beds were fine but the comforters very thin and we could not turn on heating - city law - not the hosts fault but

Itself the apartment is excellent value for money and the location is great. However, the way this place handles their customers is quite heavy. The host greeted me in the morning with a WhatsApp message informing me of the practicalities and that they will not be present for our arrival. This was fine for me despite the place offering explicitly check-in until the time we arrived, and we had marked our arrival time when we did the booking. Despite a traffic jam delaying our arrival, we were still on time for the check-in we had marked during the booking. The problems started soon after our arrival. The host kept pestering me with messages about check-in, i.e., the mandatory registration of hostel guests and the ID information they needed for this. The host demanded IDs by photograph over WhatsApp. This is not secure and not recommended by security experts. Furthermore, only in the morning when we were about to leave the host informed us that we need to pay in cash. Of course, over Whatsapp. My main complaint is about the extensive WhatsApping of the host. I am on a weekend trip relaxing, shut the fuck up. The host needs to learn respect personal boundaries, use the Booking website for their contacts with the clients, and do what they inform to do on their website, i.e., greet the customers at the time they promise the check-in is available. And stop WhatsApping their clients (the first message about the practicalities is nice, constant pestering not).

What we liked most was undoubtedly the willingness and flexibility of host Bárbara, who was always in touch to help us have a good stay in Perugia. The flat was right in the centre and had all the necessary amenities for an overnight stay. It's great for groups as it has two full bathrooms!

Lved the place! Quiet, convenient and close to the historical center. Plus the host Barbara is a lovely lady. Would want to stay again!

Barbara is very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is excellently located for walks into town. We attended a wedding in Borgo Colognola so this was a short taxi ride away. Apartment has everything we needed and Barbara welcomed us with snacks and cold water on a very hot day. Very helpful host, patient as we were delayed on arrival.

The apartment is slightly dated (kitchen) but has the basics. It is very hot but fans were provided. The children found the single beds uncomfortable but this may just be our fussy teenagers..

Great location in Perugia, close to mini metro. Great location to start or end your Umbrian holiday. Host gave use the code to get I , payment was easy.

Barbara was an excellent host. The property is very close to the center of town and to the Cupa minimetro station. The accommation is pet friendly. We'd love to come back again. As a retired couple, we travel a lot and I think is one of the best accommodations we've had through booking (genius level III).. Perugia is an amazing town culturally with excellent musuems.
