Ruhige Lage unweit Lido Vaporetto Station. Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter/in.

Nous avons tout adoré : emplacement idéal on peut tout faire à pied ou en bus. Appartement très bien équipé avec des belles vues sur le canal et la lagune. Appartement très propre. Nous y avons séjournes 2,5semaines avons eu deux fois ménage et changement de draps et serviettes. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Bref une vrai réussite.

S’il faut trouver un petit défaut la cuisine est un peu petite. Il y a une salle à manger à l’étage.

Nothing that we did not like

It suited us perfectly as a group of 6 visiting Venice to take part in the Vogalonga. very comfortable. clean and conveniently situated.

Not the property’s fault but there had been a sudden change in weather and i was bitten over 50 times on my first night!

The apartment was spacious and of a very high standard. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Even better than the photos in the listing would suggest. Both of the double bedrooms are huge and the twin is more than adequate. The second floor living room is wonderful with views across the lagoon towards St Marks Square. One of the best apartments/Villas we have booked in over 20 years of travels across Europe. Also excellent location for visiting Venice and exploring Lido. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We only meet her briefly but felt like we could contact her at any time if needed.

The stairs to upper floor living room could be an issue for those with younger children, although this could be easily resolved with a couple of stair gates. Our kids are past this stage so not a problem for us. Also the view across the lagoon far makes up for this very minor concern.

Lovely stylish appartment in great location on Lido. Waterbus into Venice was so easy and available at all times late into night. Great being able to escape crowds of Venice when we wanted to.

The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect, a short walk to the main boat shuttle stop. Easy access to everything. Lots of room for a group.

Nothing worth mentioning! Would happily stay again.
