"Good Budget Ground Floor Apartment in Catania"

This ground floor apartment was very cute and it's only a 10-15 minute walk from downtown Catania. We appreciated having a brand new bathroom with lovely shower, and full kitchen in case we wanted to cook. The host was also great. He was really communicative on WhatsApp and helped us navigate street parking in the neighborhood for the couple of days that we were there.

The towels smelled terribly of mildew, and the bed wasn't super comfortable. Additionally, the door frame to the main / street entrance was coming loose a bit and -- although there was an exterior gate to the street -- it didn't feel super safe in the neighborhood we were in.

Everything looks like the photos if not better. Easy communication with host by whatsapp, the apartment was fully equipped· The attention to detail was amazing ! The rooms was clean spacious and cozy . Prepacked breakfast was very rich ! We had a wonderful time and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!!

Extremely friendly and helpful host. Very well-maintained apartment, 10 to 15-minute walking distance to the old historic part of the town.

The living room is located directly next to the street which gets busy and noisy. So if there are any guests sleeping in the living room, it could be an issue for them. There is no issue with the noise in the bedroom.
