"Nice and clean apartman"

Nice and clean apartman in a good location. Parking is free in the garage - it is a bit tight, but this is not unusual in Italy. Superstore is in a walking distance. The apartman has a big and cosy teracce with dining table and additional cofee corner, as well

The sofa bed is not really comfortable, but it was ok for 2 nights

"Comfortable and clean apartment, friendly host."

Clean and comfortable accommodation in a private apartment in a complex on the first floor. Friendly host. Easy check in. Parking on the street but reserved for the residents of the complex. Supermarket close by.

Opens to the play area of the complex, and a bit noisy in the evenings with kids playing. A train line passes by but it is not a big noise issue, as the apartment is well insulated.

"A nice and comfortable stay with everything we need (and maybe more)."

The apartment is located in quiet surroundings, has an underground garage available and is very close to a supermarket and other shops. The flat is endowed with the most useful household appliances (except for a kettle), is provided with high-speed internet connection and a large smart-TV. Is very clean and comfortable with attention to the details. Cristina is a very kind host, who promptly replies to every request and particular need. Highly recommended. Our new reference place in Bolzano.

Very neat, stylish, comfortable, well equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The view from the balcony was nice, unfortunately we did not really have the time to enjoy it, but it definitely adds to the value as the beautiful garden of the apartment complex as well. Cristina was on time for our arrival so check in was very smooth.

everything was great, only the water pressure in the bathroom a bit low, but everything is else is perfect.
