"Great location, can walk to everywhere within 15 mins"

very comfortable beds, Clean, well equipped apartment. Loved each room had balcony doors. Excellent communication from Fabio. One block from bridge to Ortigia. Note there are 25 steps to apartment

only small negative was uncomfortable sofa

Fabio is a welcoming, knowledgeable and thoughtful host. He provided clear instructions for everything and offered many recommendations for attractions and restaurants. We appreciated the considerable amenities also.

"Great option in Ortigia"

Really nicely decorated apartment right next to the entrance for Ortigia. Has free parking spots in the streets close by. The host was welcoming and provided a lot of information and recommendations.

"Parking an issue."

Location

Free street parking is all but impossible. Not much the owners can do about this, however, I think it would be more honest to acknowledge this and advise guests to factor in the cost of overnight off street parking.

"Excellent apartment in city center and near Ortiga"

A very nice and modern, fully equipped apartment in the city center and right next to Ortiga. The host was vey friendly and extremely helpful. We had a excellent stay here and would book it again. Supermarket nearby. A very short walk to Ortiga which is very nice.

Can't say anything bad really. Difficult to park close to the apartment. There is a free parking area, a few minutes away by foot. We managed to find a spot every day but it is not a given you can easily park your car for free.
