"Very good facility and host, except there are issues with using the fourth bed."

Very modern fitout. Complimentary coffee. Friendly and helpful host. Good parking. Very nice rural area. Handy to Cortina.

The second bedroom lower bunk could not be deployed without obstructing the door. Maybe ok for children if you are happy to leave the door jammed open. Not ok for adults who have to step over each other to use the door and have no privacy.

"Big beautiful apartment in a new-ish big house in a spectacular rural setting."

The hosts (Patrizia and her husband) always responded quickly to our questions, and were very helpful on-site (they live there, too, in a totally different apartment). Big, clean, beautiful property, only 15 km from Cortina.

You absolutely need a car.

The hostess and her husband live on-site and are extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment is one of several in their beautifully built villa located in a quaint hillside neighborhood just outside of the town. Nearby foot trails explore the woodland hillside. Very convenient to good local restaurants via a short drive. The kitchen is fully equipped and WiFi is available in the living room area.
