NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!

I booked the apt for two nights and I paid $505. The parking spot is tiny, so if you are with an SUV, then it's better if you park outside of the building's parking. I went to the agency around 10 am, and the guy told me the apt was still not ready and I had to wait till 2 pm to get the key. After 2 pm, I returned to the agency and FINALLY I got the key. There are no words to describe how the apartment was DIRTY, UGLY, THE WALLS WERE DIRTY AND MOLDY AROUND AND UNDER THE BEDS, THE BATHROOM SHOWER CURTAIN WAS SO DIRTY AND MOLDY, THE FRIDGE WAS BROKEN, ALSO THE KITCHEN CABINET WAS BROKEN, AND THE CUTLERY WAS BURNED AT THE END. YOU COULD SEE THE APT WASN'T CLEANED BEFORE; THE FLOOR WAS DUSTY, ALSO UNDER THE BEDS. IT WAS A SHOCK FOR US WHEN WE ENTERED THE APARTMENT AND LOOKED AROUND, LIKE A GHETTO PLACE. SO I RETURNED TO THE AGENCY AND I REQUESTED A REFUND IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANOTHER APT. THE LADY AT THE AGENCY WAS SO HELPFUL AND OFFERED ME TWO DIFFERENT APTS TO SEE IF I LIKED ONE. LONG STORY SHORT, FINALLY AROUND 5 PM WE GOT A NICE APT WHICH WAS CANCELLED IN THE AFTERNOON AND WE COULD MOVE IN.

Die Lage zu Strand und den Geschäften ist super. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Die Betten (Matratzen) waren total abgenutzt. Warmwasser reicht nur für wenige Minuten. Zimmer extrem klein und total hellhörig. Klimaanlage nur im kleinen Wohnzimmer. Küchenutensilien sehr knapp und schmutzig. Keine Mückennetze an den Fenstern. Keine Regale in den Schränken, Schränke teilweise defekt.

Fantasztikus kilátás volt az apartmanból a tengerre. Rendkívül közel van a tengerpart, az éttermek, a boltok és a belváros.

We liked only a few things. The exterior of the hotel is nice, and it’s close to the beach.

The interior is in poor condition, the furniture is old and dirty. The price is very high for what you get. You have to pay extra for bed linen, and there were no towels or toilet paper. Very disappointed. None of the extra charges were mentioned before booking. Only after confirming the reservation, they sent a message saying you need to pay extra for bed linen, and that there are no towels or toilet paper provided. They also inform you that you must clean the apartment yourself before leaving, otherwise they will charge you an additional cleaning fee. It seems like they don’t even have a proper cleaning service and rely on guests to clean up. I would not recommend this place and I definitely won’t return.

I Got the Key from Apartment and Key From back door,couldnt open the front Main door From the building so i thought IT was another building, the conversation with agents on the Phone was hard, they dont speak english that good (or they dont want) and they we're not pleasant on the phone
