Spacious, clean apartment, very well equipped, self-check-in and very good contact with the owner. I highly recommend!

The bed was very comfortable . The view from the front of the property was good. It was very close to the beach area and the valley of the temples. The interior of the property was well decorated and modern and the bedroom heater via an air con unit kept the apartment warm to a degree (our visit was in early February). There was a parking space for the property.

The exterior of the property was quite shabby and was on a main road into San Leone, 50m from a Q8 filling station and over a shop. The kitchen and bathroom had no heating or air con unit of their own and relied on heat coming from the bedroom. The bathroom was a very cool room. Some basic cooking utensils were missing such as spatulas, wooden spoons, sharp knives and there was only a ladle to serve everything. We had to mix things like salad in pans, as there were no bowls large enough. The main road was quite noisy especially in the morning and evening, as people went into and out of town. There was no washing machine in the property and the nearest launderette was in Agrigento which was inconvenient. Although when we rented the property it said the whole apartment, we were locked out of three rooms which felt confining. The parking space was about 100m from the property on the other side of the busy road. In the kitchen there was a small sofa which had seen better days and was very uncomfortable. It needs replacing.

The owner is very kind and welcoming. The location is ideal, near a super market, The parking is super easy to use and included. It is great to be located outside the Historical center, as there are buses and also one can walk. There is also a lot of places with good food. The apartment is super clean and big and very comfortable. Easy to live in. great bathroom too and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is a great value for money : I recommend highly to state there when visiting the valley of Temples.

Air conditioning doesn't cover the whole apartment adequately

The apartment has all the facilities of home. A very well equipped kitchen and a very spacious bedroom with a really comfortable large bed. The bathroom has a fantastic shower with great pressure. The whole apartment is really 1st class and spotlessly clean. There is a bakery on the ground level where all sorts of fresh bread and cakes can be purchased. The town centre & ocean can be reached by walking in 15-20 minutes .(be careful as the footpaths are not great) The Valley of the Temples is about 10 minutes drive from the apartment & is well worth visiting. Parking is not a problem at the apartment as there is private parking available. The host Marco was very helpful and always available to answer any questions that I had. I certainly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in San Leone.

The only disappointment we had with this beautiful apartment was that I had booked the entire apartment which had 3 bedrooms & when we arrived 3 rooms were locked and only one had a key so 2 rooms remained locked to us for our 6 night stay. Even though there was only 2 of us we like a lot of space ,for various reasons. Thats why we always book large apartments. We still loved the apartment and would still strongly recommend it to all.
