Great location, next to the beach, and close to the city center and the promenada Bridge. The apartment has all the facilities mentioned in the description. In the kitchen we found good crockery and cutlery and all we needed to cook. The beds were comfortable, spacious wardrobe, great light in the rooms, spacious balcony with clothesline and clothespins. Tha bathroom is spacious and the shower had good water pressure. The washing machine worked well. The host was very helpful. We were very satisfied with this apartment and we will definitely return.

The accommodation was okay. The ceiling fan was more comfortable I the nervous than an airconditioner.

Instructions regarding removal of rubbish were a bit blunt and not well displayed. Not sure why they required us to do this as surely this is part of the normal service charge.

Shower seemed to be difficult to get the temperature correct. Either cold or too hot.

We enjoyed our stay at La Dimora di Maja. The place was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Great communication with the host before our arrival and during our stay and was also quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the location - very close to the beach and not very far from walking to the city center. We would definitely stay here again.

Localization is really great - near to the center, to the beach and to the Marina. The flat owner is very kind and helpful! The apartment is totally amazing! Big, modern and with all necessary conveniences.

Bad smell. Bad bed, it’s a sofa bed. Bad bed linens. It’s a pity, because it could be a nice rental.
