all'arrivo siamo stati accolti da un incaricato che ci ha aiutato per i parcheggi e ci ha portato alla casa dove abbiamo ricevuto anche le chiavi e qualche indicazione sul luogo.

La persona addetta all'accoglienza ha avuto un atteggiamento poco gentile quando si è fatto presente che dare la caparra in contanti era complicato e che era il caso di dotarsi di un POS per le pre autorizzazioni con carta di credito così non si erode il budget a disposizione per la vacanza. Tutta una polemica su tasse e costi e percentuali (inesistenti con una pre autorizzazione che congela solo la somma e non la incassa) che non toccava a lui pagare. Alla fine comunque è stato trovato un accordo.vLa struttura ha una pulizia del tutto superficiale ed è stato necessario pulire i soffitti da ragnatele, aggiustare un gancio che tiene la rete del lettino e rimontare il porta asciugamano non utilizzabile perché si teneva su solo per far scena. Gli scaldabagno perdono acqua e viene presentata come una cosa del tutto naturale legata alla pressione nei tubi. Manca una spugna per pulire le tovaglie impermeabili. Polvere sui bordi delle mattonelle del bagno.

The location could not be better. Literally able to walk to everything and within a minute or two from the beach. It was exceptionally warm while we were there but the air conditioning in the apartment worked beautifully so we were incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean and well laid out. Cash deposit was returned in full with no problem. Great hosts.

Only two things. Lack of wifi was a big hassle for us. If this doesn’t bother you then no worries. The extra charge for linens and towels for each person was a surprise. It is in the fine print, I just missed it. Added an extra €240. Still a good value overall for this size place.

The property was very central and we enjoyed being able to walk around the area. Excellent location! Good apartment for family
