We arrived late and the host was there to meet us. He was very welcoming and showed us around. Extra information was available about the area in the reception area. Host was very responsive to any further queries. Even after we left, I had forgotten my phone and he was very helpful arranging a time for me to return and pick it up. The apartment was big, comfortable and spacious. Location was perfect near everything.

Would have loved it it had a washing machine, especially after my trip to ~Mount Etna!

"Avoid Saturday night."

Just like the photos. Clean and comfortable. No frills. Good shower. Great location for most people. Lots of information provided. Easy access from Train station. Many places to eat including great trattoria outside and to the left.

I expected noise being in city centre but not what I experienced. Saturday night very very noisy. Bumper to bumper traffic outside with blaring horns and music and scooter riders shouting at each other. Sunday night venue opposite had loud music till early hours. Need to look at some soundproofing. Windows and shutters not up to job. Also plumbing randomly made loud noise even when not being used by me.

it was super clean, shower and beds super comfortable and location is amazing!

The lift and the entrance aren’t the best, but it is super common in Sicily that apartments are like that.

"Recommended for a great central stay"

Fantastic central location. Just one block from the Duomo and loads of great places to eat. Great to have a lift, as it's on the 3rd floor. Large rooms with good facilities.

Car noise was surprisingly loud, even with shutters/windows closed. A bit confused about photos, but worked out there's 2 apartments here, that's why not all the photos matched where we were. After working that out, we knew we had to lock our internal door to our section of the apartment (we didn't do that the first day, but nothing went missing).
