Le Sorelle Apartment

Très confortable Emplacement Literie très bien

Large comfortable quiet apartment on the 4th floor. There is an elevator. Comfortable firm bed, large shower, good basic kitchen, and good a/c. Great location near the historic area, a Conad grocery, eateries, and 10 minutes walk to central bus station (to easily and cheaply get to the Temples) or to train station. Host Emma is very kind and lovely and is an excellent communicator and very helpful.

Unfortunately the washer wasn’t working when we were there but I am sure Emma has had it fixed.

Three bedrooms and two washrooms. Spacious and very suitable for friends traveling together.

Water restrictions, not sure it’s the season or all the time. There was no water sometimes.

Le Sorelle is a beautiful apartment and a great place to stay! It was very clean, located in a quiet area, yet within walking distance to the Centro Storico (about 10-12 minutes). There was also a decent grocery store about 5 minutes away. Check in and checkout were very easy and there was a secure parking spot provided for our rental car. We were offered suggestions for dining and a great gelataria. We tried both and found them to be excellent. There was a minor issue on our last morning with the water supply, but that was not the fault of our host, Emma, but rather due to an ongoing water shortage in Agrigento. Emma gave us instructions to access the backup water supply for the apartment and everything was fine. Agrigento was a surprisingly great city to visit and if we were to return, we would definitely stay at Le Sorelle again.

We loved everything about the property!

The location is highly favorable, approximately 10 minutes from the Valley of the Temples and the Scala dei Turchi. The apartment offers ample space to accommodate four individuals, complemented by two bathrooms and available parking. Emma, the host, is exceptionally accommodating. A washer and elevator are also provided for convenience.

The hosts are extremely helpful and will give you tips für restaurants, bathing spots and much more. Excellent indeed!

Everything was perfect

To have running water, flushing toilets. Operating lift, struggled to carry up 3 large heavy suitcases in excess of 23kg each, up 8 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor. Battery in the remote control to open the gates was flat and we could not get out. After one night we had to move as there was still no running water and move to a BnB organised by the owner in San Leone. The room that was organised for us a triple room. I ,as a 43 yr old women, had to share a bed with my mother, my brother who is 32 yrs old was on a pull out sofa and we all had to share a tiny bathroom. The room also opened onto the main kitchen/dining area so no privacy and was very loud.

The apartment was very nice, elegant, spacious and comfortable. The hostess Emma was very friendly, and well organized. We arrived late because of some problems on the way, but Emma waited for us. She also recommended us a restaurant, that appeared to be amazing.
