Unschlagbare Lage - direkt neben dem Hauptplatz mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants und nur wenige Gehminuten zum Sandstrand. Auf der Terrasse hat man Morgensonne - perfekt fürs Frühstück! Es gab Spiele und Sandspielzeug für Kleinkinder ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist sehr klein, also für großes Aufkochen eher mühsam, aber man hat alles was man braucht inkl Mikrowelle und sie ist gut ausgestattet - lustig war für uns die direkte Durchhreiche zur Terrasse - sehr praktisch!

Zum Frühstück wurden uns Lebensmittel nach Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt, was gut gepasst hat - allerdings heißt das dann natürlich selbst anrichten und abwaschen.

Das Apartment war gut gelegen zentral und nahe beim Strand. Die Betten waren super bequem. Die Einrichtung bis auf die Küche war super. Ein grosser Lob an Luca, obwohl wir uns nicht getroffen haben, hat er das bestmögliche getan um unsere Aufenthalte noch besser zu machen.

Am ungünstigsten war der oZugang zum Apartment. Es ist eine enge Wendeltreppe, was einem fast den Rücken verdreht mit grossen und schweren Koffern. Definitiv nicht geeignet für Leute die nicht gut laufen können. Die Küche war mager ausgestattet aber das nötigste war da. Nicht so geeignet um viel zu kochen. Für einfach Gerichte genügt es. Muss aber ergänzen dass wir eine neu Pfanne sofort bekommen haben.

La posizione centrale

Zentrale Lage, in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Luca war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen alles war 100 %.

It was centrally placed, near the beach a two minute walk and accessible to all the nice restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend.

The appartment has a superb location in San Vito Lo Capo and is close to the beach, restaurants, the "central place". The owner was very kind to us and tried to accomodate for our few wishes in a super friendly and direct manner. The appartment is well equipped, it worked well for us as a small family travelling with a little baby. ...really great spot to stay, relax and enjoy this beautiful part of Sicily.

Nothing critical. Maybe the shower would benefit from a little renovation in the future.

Thank you for having us Luca! Highly recommend this clean and comfortable apartment for families with young children. It has all the basics needed for an enjoyable beach holiday (eg air conditioning, washing machine, drying rack, bath towels etc). Excellent location - A 3 minute walk to the beach and countless amazing restaurants and cafes a short stroll away. Secure parking and supermarket were under 5 minutes walk away.

We have just returned to the UK (16.04.2024). We absolutely liked everything about Luca's apartment. It is very comfortable, you couldn't wish for a better location. You, step out the front entrance, and you are steps away from restaurants, cafés, shops, the famous church, and the beach. Luca is a great host, provided great breakfasts, is very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions very quickly 👏 👍 😀 I highly recommend this apartment and the service Luca provides! 5 stars plus!
