Penthouse Luxury Quattro Canti

Posizione ottima, dietro alla piazza dei Quattro Canti, strategica per visitare a piedi la città, e anche per le serate, porto turistico a 10 minuti a piedi, consigliato per la sera. Tiziana, la nostra host è stata davvero disponibile e simpatica, e ci ha supportato per le info relative a escursioni e ai ristoranti, dall'arrivo alla partenza. La casa è bella, e nonostante sia adiacente ai luoghi turistici e della movida, non è rumorosa. Bel palazzo e terrazzo molto godibile (avevamo l'appartamento con soppalco al terzo piano, comodo per la presenza di due bagni, di cui uno sul soppalco), che dire Palermo è bellissima, ma l'essere stata nel posto giusto ha agevolato tanto le visite e gli spostamenti!

Alloggio centralissimo, a due passi dalla cattedrale e dal teatro Massimo. Casa gradevole e pulita (punto di forza: il terrazzo!) Tiziana è stata molto chiara nelle istruzioni per effettuare il check-in automatico e si è messa a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza.

Struttura accogliente e arredata con gusto . La Signora Tiziana è sempre stata gentilissima e disponibile nel darci indicazioni.La struttura è situata ai Quattro Canti, punto strategico per muoversi a piedi sino ai monumenti principali.

Great location, right in the heart of historic center, close to the markets, sites & restaurants we wanted to go to. Loved that it had two full bathrooms & a washing machine for laundry. Loved the terrace too. Elevator was a plus. Enthusiast, friendly & communicative host. Nice welcome gifts: wine, water & chinotto plus some packaged snacks.

Lots of city noise, even though the doors blocked out a good portion of the noise, can still hear musicians busking with their amplifiers. We used our earplugs every night. The short alley walk to entrance was not well lit.

Die Gerüche von dem darunterliegenden Restaurant (mit übrigens ausgezeichnet Küche) waren zeitweilig ziemlich intensiv.

I like that the apartment was located in a central area.

The street that led to the front door of the house was very dirty. It was the back of many restaurants so you could feel the smell of gas, heat and trash coming from there. It was terrible to walk past. Specially if you go during summer the heat and smell coming from those reataurants will make you nauseous. Also the bedroom on the top floor is uncomfortable. During summer, it is unbearable to sleep. The walls are very thin, so you can hear the neigboors a lot, which isn´t the best if you want to rest at night.

The location was perfect! The place was clean and well organized. The host was very responsive.

There was a bad smell in the upstairs bathroom.
