"Delightful host and property in a beautiful part of Italy"

Beautiful art-deco apartment a short stroll from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Arringo and handy to a pharmacy and small supermarket. 15 minute walk to the train station as well. Very quiet and cosy 5th floor 4 room apartment with every imaginable detail catered for. Lola is lovely and will both ensure your privacy but also is readily available for any queries.

"A Casa di Lola was perfect in every way"

A Casa di Lola was perfect in every way. The apartment is spacious and light filled, with 5th floor views on each of its 3 sides, with terraces, overlooking the mountains and great views of the city. With an elevator! It is decorated with lovely, cheerful art and has every amenity you could possibly need for your stay. The apartment was immaculate, furniture and bed comfortable. We had a few days of rainy weather and we didn’t mind because we enjoyed so much our comfortable home away from home! The location was excellent, shops for groceries and necessities just across the street and a short walk to the city center. There is also a free shuttle bus from the train station that stops a few blocks from the apartment. Ascoli Piceno is a lovely city, a little difficult to get to but absolutely worth the effort. Upon our arrival, Lola met us and explained everything about the apartment and gave us lots of information on what to see and do in Ascoli Piceno. The perfect host, she checked in on us and was always responsive to anything we needed. We would love to return to Ascoli again some day. A very highly recommended stay
