Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la centralità dell' appartamento, vicino ai principali monumenti ma lontana dal caos cittadino. La casa era adatta alle esigenze di una famiglia come la nostra composta da due adulti e due bambine. Accogliente, silenziosa e pulita. Paolo ci ha fornito informazioni chiare e precise.

Impossible d'évaluer cet établissement que nous avions réservé car une fois arrivé devant l'établissement celui n'était pas accessible sans que nous ayons été prévenu avant. Surement un défaut de communication. Mais le propriétaire a heureusement accepté l'annulation sans frais.

Si la struttura è centrale e l’appartamento molto carino . L’unica pecca che ho richiesto più volte la fattura per l’importo pagato ma non è mai pervenuta. Il proprietario non risponde neanche hai messaggi. Aveva detto che avrebbe provveduto ma niente …

Lasciati 1 rotolo e mezzo di carta igienica per 4 persone , neanche una bottiglia di acqua di cortesia nel frigo in cucina c’è la macchina a cialde per il caffè ma zero capsule .

The apartment is simple and a bit worn but clean, with an excellent central location. Communication with the owner was inconsistent and stressful at times. My booking wasn’t confirmed, and his first message — before I even arrived in the country — asked me to cancel my Booking.com reservation and rent privately, which I declined. He didn’t provide check-in details until I was already on my way from the airport. He met me at the flat and asked for the airport transfer fee for my travel companion to be paid upfront. That transfer was later cancelled, and the €50 refund only came at the end of our stay after we said we’d wait in the flat past check-out. The Wi-Fi never worked despite repeated assurances. Great location, but clearer communication and more professionalism would have made the stay much better.

Es war super Zentral. Der Gastgeber Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würden wieder hingehen.
