Posizione vicino al centro e pulizia

Purtroppo il monolocale al piano terra di una palazzina di un piano, presenta problemi di infiltrazioni provocando inevitabilmente odore di umidità. Altro problemino, impianto idraulico gestito da autoclave rumorosa alloggiata nel bagno ed in comune con l'appartamento sovrastante quindi rumore anche se non usavo io l'impianto.
