Lot of stairs to climb. Travel light .

Only things missing were some bowls It is 4 flights of steps up, but it was not a problem for us. But for others it could be an issue.

- The room is an attic. Ceilings are 2.10 meters high. 2.00 meters high in the shower. At check in the room temperature was unbearable. Air conditioning is very old (20/30 years) and noisy and stopped working after the second day. We left one night earlier, after a sleepless night. - Toilette and shower are dated and worn out. - Towels were clean but with unpleasant smell. - 1 toilettes paper roll provided for 4 nights. no soap provided. - kitchen is empty. Cutlery and spoons only. You can hardly make a tea. - Key lock at the entrance is defective. It took a while to enter the building. - Communication and problem solving with the owner has been hostile.

Location

There was only one socket we could find to charge our devices. Not too much of an issue but would have been nicer to have more than one

Great location and nice views of the wall. Lucca itself is fantastic.

The stairs are tough going if you've got big/heavy luggage. Basically 3 flights of stairs but the last ones are narrow.

The views from the window, and close proximity to the walls.

There were a lot of steps up to the apartment, but we were expecting this.
