Good location

Shower is ridiculously small - you need to be a yoga professional to turn around in it. If you're a fit, strong male, you will need to shower with the door open. Needs improvement. Spare bed (sofa bed) is like sleeping on soft cushions put together. Slept on the tiled floor to be comfortable.

The accomodation was 3 minutes away from the gondola and had parking

There were heat problems. Ultra high humidity in the room. The staff was not so nice. They didn t charge the whole amount of money from booking and we had to pay them cash (only cash) at their office which was on another location. We had to go to that office durring ski hours to pay cash something that we could have paid online via booking. We asked where the trash is and it was 10 mins away and was only openable via a card they gave us which only worked for 2 out of 4 containers. They also didn t want to tell us via messages where the trash is because we didn t go to the office the day we asked and they threatened to keep our safety deposit if we left it outside.

Agency is located centrally, and good directions were given.

We were lucky that we had friends staying in the resort who could pick up our keys, as we got held up in bad traffic in Germany on the way and didn't arrive till after the agency desk closed. Having said that, the agency allowed us to pay our deposit/ tax on the Monday which was appreciated.

The apartment is very good located especially for skiers. Good value for money.

Not a single roll of toilette paper/soap neither sponge...we understand that it is not serviced apartment but this should be provided at least so that after arrival guests could wash hands and use toilette after long drive.
