Residenza Romantica

Marco was an excellent host and communication in English was fantastic! Location was very central in the old town and close to the ferry. Fantastic coffee shops and dining options nearby, especially Bella Napoli. Rooms are newly renovated in 2017. There is one flight of stairs to ascend but no issues even with large luggages. There is a separate shared laundry room with a modern washing machine and 20min wash option!!! You can also dry your clothes in the laundry room using the racks and turn on the heater to speed up the drying process on a rainy and cold day. I also liked the shared courtyard at the back where you can relax and enjoy the mountain views and tomato plants. Marco also kindly offered to drive us to a car rental agency in the next town (30mins drive) for a reasonable price - it was amazing because we struggled to get taxis to drop us there. Thank you Marco!!!

The shower is just in an open bath tub with no shower curtain. This results in the toilet floor always getting wet. There is also a window at eye level which you can see the opposite room guest taking a shower at the same time - it could get awkward :)

The room was very clean and modern. The host was very helpful and reliable. We arrived quite late and there were no more bus services so our host came and picked us up.

The curtain in the bathroom was see through.

It was right in the center and clean.

Very small and the parking was very complicated. Communication with the host was little bit difficult.

The Apartment ist directly in the center of Riva del Garda. The apartment size was good for a 5 day stay.

The bathroom needs a shower curtain and the kitchen a few more utensils, like a good pan and a cheese grater. But these are just minor things - overall it was a great stay!

Lovely modernised room and modern bathroom in a quaint old building. Within the beautiful old walled town of Riva Del Garda, with quaint narrow streets and close to the restaurants. Short walk downhill to the beautiful lake.

A bit hard to get parking outside the town walls, but that's not the fault of the accomodation.

Amazing location in old town, as long as you are capable of lugging your luggage to the door via pedestrian only cobbled streets! Great facilities including use of a washing machine. Offsite parking (need to arrange with owner) at reasonable rate.

Room quite small.

This is a gem in the old city of Riva. Very clean and modern.

The parking can be difficult, but the host has a private parking in the area.
