Superb Location, enjoyed this lovely Flat right on top of the famous oricchietti pasta makers. The Host was helpful and very kind to us!

The only positive aspect of this apartment is its location, which is in a nice area — quiet during the day and lively in the evening. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing.

The stairwell has an unpleasant smell, which gave a less welcoming first impression. Inside the apartment, the kitchen seemed to be filled with a mix of older utensils, some not very clean. While there is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, no capsules or basic items such as tea or sugar were provided. I realize this is not a bed & breakfast, but in other apartments I have stayed at, a few complimentary touches made the stay more pleasant. Here, the only item provided was toilet paper. The bed was not very comfortable, as it creaked quite a lot during the night, and the extra blanket found in the closet did not feel fresh or clean. The rooftop terrace, which looked attractive in the photos, unfortunately was not really usable during my stay. Communication with the host was polite but sometimes a bit inconvenient, with messages arriving quite late in the evening (around 11 p.m.). Overall, while the location was convenient, the apartment did not fully meet my expectations, and I believe there is room for improvement to make future guests feel more comfortable.
