The house is beautiful, spacious (2 floors), fully equipped, very clean, perfect location, peaceful area (although its almost in the city center). The instructions to enter the apartment were very clear, no problem at all. The staff is helpful in terms of prompt responses. I appreciate that the apartment was also equipped with all the cleaning equipment including dishwashing liquid, sponge and clothe for drying. Also the toiletteries were complete. These facilities are not normally provided by apartments. Its an execellent value for money. Recommended for family stays. It has all you need.

- Cleaning charges of around 90 € were included in the price that we pay for the apartment (can be checked in invoicing pricing details by booking). However, the instructions inside the apartment clearly warns you of charges of 50 € if the apartment is not left clean while checking out. Although, we were not charged as we always try to leave the apartments in a reasonably clean condition. The instructions in this regard can be made politer and cleaning charges may be taken away. - The instructions on where to throw the garbage were not clear. The garbage dedicated area is near the Fermi street. If you have less garbage it may be dropped in regular bins, which was not the case with us. - No topups for toilet papers. Living for 5 days with kids who stayed at the house for almost 20 hours each day, the quantity provided was less and the topup request was not accepted. It is usually not a problem at other apartment properties. - Provision of electric kettle would be a plus.

it’s location was really good.Close to the Tower of Pisa and the restaurants and night life. the apartment was superb. everything was provided and worked.

The need to have to go to the rental office to collect the keys,then get across town to the property. then on leaving,to have to leave city tax with the keys and photograph to prove you had done it.Why oh why could they not take that money at the office when we collected the keys?

Very comfortable and quiet. Great location, a bit away from the tourist hub but also only a few minutes walk to all the nice restaurants.

more towels and blankets would be useful.

The location

The bathrooms were not cleaned, the room full of spiders and dust. The place doesn’t have a luggage room, the staff was not very friendly when asked for help. Sorry for the bad review.
