Monolocale accogliente e molto silenzioso, ottimale per due persone. Ottima anche la posizione per raggiungere i vari punti di interesse ed in prossimità di alcuni dei locali che abbiamo più amato. La possibilità di effettuare il check in in anticipo e di poter lasciare i bagagli oltre il check out ci ha permesso di vivere al meglio l'intero soggiorno.

Posizione strategica: vicinissima al centro, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, prossima a diversi locali autenticamente bolognesi ma protetta dal caos. Preceduto da un cortile interno carinissimo, l’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Accogliente e ben riscaldato.

Spacious studio within waking distance of the city centre but still with a barrio vibe, all the facilities needed for a short stay, comfortable bed, heating for cold nights, reliable WiFi etc. Marco the owner was very helpful and assisted me in getting back to the airport. Thoroughly recommended.

It has an AC, which makes a huge difference! The apartment seems well-equipped, and it's spacious, very comfortable. It’s in a lively area where lots of young people hang out, and so, you can find affordable places to eat and drink. WIFI works well.

Some elements in the apartment need to be repaired or refreshed, like the bedside sockets that didn't work on one side. Every time we returned to the apartment, the air inside was so humid and stuffy, even though we had left the windows open the whole day. Thankfully, the AC quickly helped.

Location is good. Walkable distance to major sites and restaurants but still quiet Has all amenities you need for the stay. Clean. Communication with host was efficient and easy. Check in instructions simple and easy to follow

Nothing that we don’t like; but would be great if there’s a dryer/2-in-1 washing and drying machine as the apartment could be a bit humid so it takes some time for the clothes to dry

Very close to shops restaurants and museums. Walking distance. Marco was very helpful and very friendly. Even though it was close to restaurants and bars on a small walkable street, it was quiet and felt safe.
