Rio Apartment cà di Euro with parking

The place is inside the romagierio area. With an extra parking 26€ for 1 night.

The shower was a bit to small, difficult to go inside. We miss a microwave, iron and a vacuum cleaner… There is elevator to go down close to the Main Street. 2€/person. Free on night

Bel appartement avec une chambre sur les hauteurs de Riomaggiore au calme en été et frais. Parking indispensable, très juste pour une grosse voiture.

Le matelas de la chambre est en très mauvais état, celui du canapé lit un peu mieux mais très fin, correct avec des enfants. Douche bouchée et salle d eau à rafraîchir ! Dommage que le prix du parking soit en plus ( 20€/j) du prix total. Enfin la gare de Riomaggiore est à 800 m et c est un village très pentu. Le centre ville est loin aussi de l appartement. Rapport qualité prix moyen. Trop cher pour la qualité des prestations. Sinon nous avons visité les villages des 5 terre en train pendant 2 j et ils valent le voyage !

В этом крайне крайне трудно найти объект с парковкой для авто. Этим место уникально. Объект расположен близко к морю. В пешей доступность есть все необходимое.

Где-то неподалеку на дороге установлен люк или что-то подобное. Утром, когда проезжают редкие машины и наезжают на этот люк, то он издает громкий шум. Вокруг было все так хорошо, что только этот отдельный момент можно указать, как трудность. Хотя, она и не относится к самому объекту.

THIS WAS AMAZING!

Great space in the apartment with a separate bedroom and a pull out bed. Both beds were very comfortable. The location was quite and we felt very safe. We communicated with the owner though messages and she was there to give us the keys when we arrived, everything was very simple, she provided one set of keys. It wasn't a far distance from the train station and the main area of the town so it was easy to get to places. Overall the amenities provided were suitable.

As to be expected the apartment was located quite high up however the main route up had no steps so it was suitable to bring up suitcases etc however it was quite steep. We found another route up with stairs which shortened the journey slightly. Additionally, there were some issues with the keys as it sometimes took awhile to open the gate from the patio out onto the road and we had to jump over.

This apartment is in an excellent location to explore Cinque Terre. It’s not far from the train station and positioned at the start of one of the many trails. The owners have put lots of love and thought into the decor and facilities in the apartment making our stay a truly memorable experience. Communication with the owner was easy over WhatsApp once we were there. We would love to return.

The bathroom shower and sink take a while to drain but didn’t affect our excellent experience.

Nice, independent apartment, with an outdoor area and all the facilities you might need: kitchen stove, pots, dishes, cutlery, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine (Italian moka), AC, good heating system (radiators), TV set... Perfect for a couple, even if with 1 child (sofa bed). I'd say good for longer stays, too. It's outside the town center - so quieter than other places - but also easily accessible from it and the train station (5 mins walk downhill, 10 uphill, but it's normal in the 5 terre! ;)

Thin walls: you can hear everything the neighbors do (including the plumbing!). Some signs of wear in the small, windowless bathroom and on the doors.
