The home was exactly as described! Clean, spacious and with some of the best views of Salerno and the surrounding coast we have ever had at a home. Our group of 5 had plenty of space to spread out across the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms were spacious and the bathrooms had great water pressure and heating. The main living room was very large and easily accommodated our group on evenings in. We also had two balconies from which we could take in the views. Sergio, our phenomenal host, was extremely communicative with lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. He made our check-in absolutely seamless and was always available if we had questions. The home itself is only a 30 minute downhill walk to Salerno (but a steep uphill return!) or a 10-15 minute drive, although this can be double in traffic. It also sits right above the main square of Vietri sul Mare, just steps away from tons of shopping and restaurants, and the gateway to the drive along the coast. Wifi in the main areas was strong and the kitchen was fully stocked for all your cooking needs. We would highly recommend and also hope to return one day!

It was not a huge issue for our group but there are about 3 flights of stairs you have to take the reach apartment. Otherwise, we loved everything else about this place!

Sergio was a great host, from the first contact at the moment of booking until check out, always available for questions and willing to make our stay as good as possible. The apartment was very large and extremely well equipped. You see that special care is given to the apartment. We particularly enjoyed the sea view from the kitchen window. Try the pizzas just downstairs on the corner, friendly people and delicious pizzas. The location is excellent to catch a bus or walk down to the marina where ferrys leave to Amalfi. All shops and restaurants are at walking distance.

The sea view from the kitchen and living room window on the main street (pedestrian) is great and you can benefit from the lively atmosphere, then, on the other hand, the windows in the bedrooms open on a very busy road, it's better to keep them closed. The air conditioning works very well and you can get fresh air from the other side of the apartment. It would not be a showstopper for staying there again. Also, don't get scared by the staircase to reach the apartment, it requires a solid refurbishment. Quite a contrast with the apartment that is very clean, cosy and well maintained.

Beautiful spacious apartment, had everything we needed, perfect location close to shops and restaurants. Sergio was the ideal host, gave us lots of information before arrival, excellent communication throughout. We cooked once just to enjoy the beautiful kitchen! It was a home away from home, plenty of space for 4 of us, but would fit easily 4 more it's so big! We will stay here again for sure!

Nothing, it was perfect

Sergio was AMAZING with communications and the apartment was amazing…we were a family of 7 and we were super comfortable…so close to everything!!!

The apartment had everything we needed, lovely views excellent location, lots of shops and restaurants easily walkable. Sergio is without doubt the best host I have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble, he went out of his way to answer any questions we had. We wanted to do a pizza making class but we left it too late and they were all fully booked. However, Sergio made numerous calls and eventually managed to arrange one for us...it was an amazing experience.

This property was wonderful! It is extremely spacious, clean and a beautiful location with several great restaurants, coffee shops, etc nearby. The view is spectacular as well. Sergio was very attentive to our requests and always helpful!

Very spacious apartment with lovely views, convenient location, great shower, well-equipped kitchen, and private garage around the corner! Sergio was a very thoughtful and extremely thorough host - quick to respond to questions and he gave detailed info for a seamless stay. Definitely recommend!

The "palace" that the apartment is in is a bit shabby... but the apartment itself is a delight!
