Tranquility and quietness.

Our experience at this property started on a positive note — the host was kind and welcoming, and even prepared a tomato spaghetti dinner for us upon our late arrival. We appreciated that gesture. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The accommodation was drastically smaller than described or shown in photos — it was no more than 30 square meters, despite the impression of a much larger space. It also wasn’t clearly stated that the property consists of multiple small cottages packed closely together, sharing the same outdoor area. This lack of privacy was unexpected. There was no internet inside the property — not even mobile signal — something that should absolutely be mentioned in the listing. In today’s world, complete disconnection is simply unacceptable, especially for travelers unfamiliar with the area. The sleeping arrangements were extremely poor: my elderly mother and I shared a small, unstable French bed, while my brother and I each slept on uncomfortable foldable camping beds. The entire unit was cold, cramped, and far from the comfortable “rustic” experience we had hoped for. We were so disappointed that we decided to leave after just one night (instead of the three we had booked). We had a respectful, in-person conversation with the host, and she personally agreed to refund €175 for the unused nights. We shook hands on it. However, this refund has never been processed, despite multiple days passing since our departure. This was a personal agreement and should have been honored — yet we’ve been ignored ever since. I booked this place based on glowing reviews and a misleading profile. I feel misled by both the photos and the descriptions. What we experienced was not at all what was advertised — and to be promised a refund and then ignored is extremely unprofessional. I sincerely hope the listing will be reviewed by Booking.

Lovely couple. Was like a home away from home

Nice quiet location with a grocery store and beach nearby. Agostina was very helpful and nothing was problem. The garden and animals are perfect for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, calm, and beautiful place with the friendliest hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back someday! The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful vineyards that offer a scenic backdrop. Our host, Agostina, was incredibly sweet and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The place has a tranquil and friendly ambience, making it an ideal getaway for families. Very recommendable!

We are so happy that we booked to stay here - the premises is absolutely beautiful. Very well kept and lovely garden to relax in. The apartment was perfect for us - great to have AC and cooking facilities. Free parking was also very helpful for us. The location is excellent - close to Alghero Airport and lovely beaches. Angelo and Agostina, the hosts, are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. They went over and above to ensure that we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed chatting with them and appreciate everything they did to help us. Highly highly recommend staying here!!!

Atmosphere and hosts are amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for families with kids who like nature, privacy and peaceful time there. Beautiful sandy beach is only 5min by car. Local shop is a minute away Close to airport and Alghero town
