Pisicchio Rooms

The location on the main bar/restaurant street next to the water was great. We were close to the airport which was great for arrival, and the host picked my dad up from the airport, and drove us to the apartment. He was super helpful and kind! The apartment had all necessary facility and was clean - I would stay again!

The breakfast was a bit minimal however, and I needed to go and buy milk for the coffee.

la casa é molto bella, spaziosa e ben tenuta. Il letto é comodo con materasso abbastanza duro e nuovo. Cucinotto separato, che per quanto non utilizzato da me, é sempre un plus. A mio avviso é ideale per soggiorni lunghi. Proprietari simpatici ed alla mano.

Appartamento grande, posizione e staff molto gentile

Our wonderful, friendly host, Mauricio transferred us to and from the airport far cheaper than a taxi to our fabulous accomodation. He also helped carry our bags up to the second floor. This an apartment has two bedrooms and can sleep six plus a cot for a baby. There is a huge family area with a large table and a well set up kitchen. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from just steps away from the apartment. We only stayed one night in the Fiumicino area for ease of getting to the airport. With this lovely, neat and comfortable accomodation it would have been nice to stay a few more nights to explore the area.

The breakfast was not breakfast, you are giving prepackaged croissants and bread that's basically crackers plus jam, then 2 bottles of water

We had a perfect stay! The apartment in Fiumicino was very spacious, spotless clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent — everything we needed was just a short walk away. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. We’re honestly sorry we couldn’t stay longer, because it felt like home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Proprietari molto disponibili, ci hanno anche accompagnato da/per aeroporto, e dato qualche suggerimento sulla zona. Appartamento pulito.

Letto davvero scomodo, la colazione era inclusa ma era fatta solo di cose confezionate lasciate lì la sera prima, non era una vera e propria colazione.

La petite ville est très charmante. La grande gentillesse de Maurizio et sa disponibilité. La literie et lingerie propre. Service de navette offert à coût raisonnable par le propriétaire.

Manque de tout dans la cuisine (savon linge chiffon vaisselle). Un peu de rigueur dans le ménage en général et aussi avec l’entretien des ventilateurs et air climatisé serait nécessaire.
