Location was great!

The appartment is close to Center of Catania. Close to the beach and the movida. outside the property you can find all you need. A phamarcy, bakery ( morning bread) mini market, butchers, and a well known BAR called Tris... for those days that you dont feel too cook.

I recently stayed at this property and had an excellent experience. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Town center reachable via Lime Scooters, not sure about bus services. There is an App for transportation but was unable to register. There’s a multi storey car park (parcheggio europa) that we recommend nearby. You need to pay for it but I wouldn’t recommend to leave the car outside especially if it’s a rental. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Location is good and it is easy and cheap to park in the area.

The bathroom wasn't clean and had some mould. The small fridge in the kitchen had a weird smell. The room was small but ok for a couple.

Good location, friendly and helpful host.

The issue we had is the mold. The entire bathroom and kitchen is covered in mold. This is completely unacceptable and toxic to health. The bedroom and bathroom was difficult to breathe in. We are very dissatisfied about this. See photos attached.

The host is very friendly and nice. He even walked us to the premise. highly recommended!

Aparment (room with toalet is better name) is clean.

it's too small a room, it doesn't look like the pictures. instead of a double bed there is a sofa bed. It is located next to a busy street, I couldn't sleep, I had the feeling that a Formula 1 race was organized every night. Far from the center.
