Flavio, the owner, couldn't have been kinder or more understanding. The stay was perfect.

Great location and area in old city. Very spacious apartment and especially liked the lovely garden area to eat and relax. Host was very pleasant and provided a good introduction to the areas Good value. Would make an excellent choice for a larger family.

Uncomfortable bed (too soft for us) and smallish shower was okay.

Sehr gute Lage um das Zentrum von Bologna zu erkunden. Trotz der Lage sehr ruhig, schöner Innenhof.

Das Zimmer war eher dunkel und etwas feucht.

Bellissimo appartamentino nella zona centrale, in una via con locali e ristoranti. Il posto è all'interno di una corte (come si capisce dal nome), e questo crea una sorta di esclusione dal mondo esterno, perfetto per chi cerca anche relax, potendo però avere a pochi passi le bellezze della città. Il titolare gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, consiglia anche cosa vedere e dove poter andare a mangiare, ed è presente al bisogno. Infine, una menzione particolare va alla splendida gatta Bella, la vera padrona di casa, sempre pronta a prendersi due coccole se la incontri, ma per niente invadente se non considerata, per chi non fosse amante dei gatti Se dovessimo tornare a Bologna, torneremo sicuramente qui, lo consiglio veramente.

The location is excellent - on a small street with tons of restaurants, cafes, a little shop and super close to the main center of town. Because the unit is in a little courtyard, it is insulated from street noise and was very quiet. Kitchen and living area are nice and spacious, and the owner was super nice and let us leave our luggage there past checkout. Coffee and machine provided, as well as a washing machine! We were there when it was very warm and the AC and courtyard location helped the unit stay cool. We did not have a chance to take advantage of the little outdoor seating area, but the courtyard was filled with jasmine and smelled lovely.

I would not make the same mistake we did and bring a car. While there technically is parking, reaching the location with all of the driving restrictions in the city center was REALLY challenging in spite of the directions the owner provided us with. We missed the necessary turn multiple times. More our fault than the unit itself, but you're better off just not trying.
