ZAWe loved this property and its owners. Patrizio and his daughter, Carolina embraced us in every way. Carolina safed the day when we locked the garage keys in the apartment on our check-out day, and us being stranded not being able to get our car to leave for Venice. They help us immediately, being friendly and supportive. We cannot thank them enough. The property absolutely exceeded our expectations. This property is absolutely enchanting, and a home away from home. It has EVERYTHING to make ones stay comfortable, enjoyable and cozy. The photos of the apartment are representative of the apartment, but in reality much beter. We loved being able to step out and just being in the midst of San Gimignano's historic heart. Every little shop, bakery, deli, gift shop offers the best of the best. The friendliness of the shop owners and staff, etc. Walking and experiencing this amazing site filled our cups. Should you be lucky enough to come across this property.... and this town, do not hesitate, book it immediately. I believe you will be grateful as we where.
GTWe had the most relaxing and nice experience in this apartment! Carolina our host went the extra mile for us and was very kind too. The apartment is a dream: excellent location, super spacious, beautiful decor, warm and had everything we wanted and needed. I would absolutely recommend to book this place, and to do it for more than two nights to have it as a nice base for the wine tours around.
AUThe hosts have decorated the apartment very well, the size of the apartment was amazing, well equipped with everything, great for weeks stay. The position of the apartment in the old city was fantastic, when the crowds left it gave you time to explore. Plenty of restaurants and eateries. Parking can be found 500m away. The hosts meet you at the apartment on arrival to drop off your luggage then you go and park the car.

USWhat Susan and I liked most was the chance to meet the proeerty representative and talk to him and his daughters about San Gmignano and what was accessible from our apartment. Patricio was exceptionally nice and his daughters were really helpful in pointing out the places to go and things to see during our stay. That family knows what hospitality is all about and how to treat their guests. I'd go back next week, but we'll wait until next summer and hope we get a chance to rent Il Pozzo again. At the very least, we're going to recommend it to friends visiting Italy.

AUHost's were lovely, taking us directly to the apartment, assisting with luggage and explaining procedures. Right in the heart of town where you can walk around at leisure. Restaurants cafes close by. Highly recommend this property.
