Die Lage, der große Garten, die größe der Wohnung

Wir konnten erst 90 Minuten später wie vereinbart in die Wohnung. Die Kommunikation war nicht Optimal. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Backofen war defekt. Der Gasherd konnte nur mit dem Feuerzeug angemacht werden. Das Internet hat nicht funktioniert. In der Badewanne lief das Wasser nicht ab. Klimaanlage gab es nur im Wohnzimmer nicht aber in den Schlafräumen. Keine Mülltüten ,kein Klopapier, zu wenig Handtücher.

Genügend Platz für uns 7 Für italienische Verhältnisse war es ok, mit deutschem Standard nicht zu vergleichen, das sollte man im Vorfeld wissen Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten, es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die allerdings eine muffige Luft ins Haus bringt. Das Geschirr muss ma sich erstmal in den vielen Schränken zusammen suchen aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt am gardasee schon machbar

Der Herd und Backofen waren defekt, die Knöpfe haben gefehlt, deshalb konnte man gar nicht kochen. Man soll den Müll jeden Tag vor die Tür stellen, weil jeden Tag etwas anderes abgeholt wird aber es fehlen jegliche Behälter oder Tüten dafür, da sollte es eine bessere Lösung geben

"Very very bad experience - I had to leave a place"

Nothing.

This is summing my own experience: when we arrived to the place - there was a strong smell of mold in the air. The "AC" was just two small AC in the living room and in the corridor - if you close the door to a sleeping room- you will be without an AC (not like to publication) -the AC in the living room was with a mold on the flaps. The AC in the corridor did not put out air at all and when i open the cover it was full with dust (blocked) with few bugs inside!. No hot water was available (until one hour later i found that i need to light up some switch in the kitchen to give the heater power - was not told about it) - two of us had cold shower by this time! there was no plates in the apartment - so we had to eat our dinner and breakfast on a board ! (we were 5 people) the beds were very poor quality and extremely loud (every turn you get a loud squeak) - which made our night intolerable. there was almost no contact from the property owner / representative (the AC issue - "i will come tomorrow" , there are no lightbulbs in the night stand lamps "i will come tomorrow" - after we have told that there is no plates - there was no answer - other than " this cannot be" (this was at 9pm) until the next day 11 am! (i have tried to call several times when we didn't found the hot water - no answer) . Overall - horrible experience - and for the first time ever i left a property after 1 night (out of 5) - booked a different property (same area - same price) - and paid double (to both properties) . after that - all my request to get refunded (even partly)- was not answered . I was not available to phone call -which the owner send in booking that he tried to call me (but WhatsApp was working well - and all my corresponsive with other locations and with this property representative was available) .
