We stayed here as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is clean and well-kept, and proved very comfortable for two adults and two children - plenty of space and everything you need, and even for a bigger family will also be fine. The location works perfectly: about a 10-minute walk at a relaxed pace to the central train station, and around 20–25 minutes to the old town. Far enough from the tourist bustle to feel like a real neighborhood, which we appreciated. But the highlight is truly Mario. He is an exceptional host - warm, attentive, and genuinely goes above and beyond. He helped us with restaurant reservations and recommendations, and even organized a private trip to several places we had on our list. Throughout our stay, he was always available with a helpful suggestion. A lovely, peaceful base for exploring Bari away from the crowds. We would happily return.

We had a wonderful stay at Mario’s apartment. Its location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around incredibly easy. Mario was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome. The area was also very calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Hostitel byl velmi vstřícný, Dal nám spoustu typů kam jit, kde se najíst a na co si dát pozor. Když jeden večer netekla teplá voda, tak do 20 minut od zavolání dorazil a závadu odstranil. Celkově velmi solidní přístup.

Appartamento silenzioso, molto pulito e situato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Bari e dalla stazione dei bus e treni. Avevamo una macchina a noleggio ed e' stato sempre facile trovare parcheggio gratuito vicino l'appartamento. Siamo stati davvero bene. Abbiamo avuto ottimi consigli su dove mangiare in ottimi ristoranti non turistici, vicino l'appartamento ed abbiamo mangiato molto bene e speso poco rispetto ad altri ristoranti del centro. Vicino l'appartamento c'e' di tutto: ottimo bar, pizzeria, ristorante di pesce economico ed un supermercato! Ed infine un ringraziamento al proprietario Mario sempre molto gentile e disponibile per aiutarci su dove andare e come risparmiare tempo e denaro! Consigliatissimo! Torneremo!

Apartament był bardzo czysty i dobrze przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Lokalizacja świetna – zaledwie około 10 minut do dworca centralnego, co bardzo ułatwia poruszanie się po mieście. Kontakt z właścicielem był doskonały przez cały okres pobytu; otrzymaliśmy wiele pomocnych wskazówek, dzięki którym łatwiej odnaleźliśmy się w Bari i okolicy. W pobliżu apartamentu znajdują się sklepy i restauracje, co było dużym udogodnieniem. Zdecydowanie polecam!

The owner was very supportive, organized and took us in 2 day-trips (Alberobello, Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare one day and Matera another day). Also gave sugestions for nice restaurants close to the apt. The apt is located in a quiet area of Bari but yet quite close to the center, shops, restaurants etc.

The building and apt is abit old and outdated. Need some refurbishments.

A kontakt-személy,aki tényleg jól irányba rakott minket,miután elmentünk,küldött egy üzenetet,hogy muslincainváziót okoztunk,mert a balkonon lévő zárt szemetesben,ami kb félig volt, muslincák eszik a szemetet,és ez borzalmas,10éve nem látott ilyesmit.Hát ez azért komikus volt.
