Czystość w obiekcie .

Opis sugeruje że jest to jeden apartament ( np. dwie łazienki ). Tymczasem są to dwa oddzielne apartamenty różniące się np. wielkością kuchni . Drobne braki w wyposażeniu kuchni : jedna lyżeczka do kawy , brak kieliszków do wina. Niby drobiazgi ale irytujące . Łatwe do poprawy.

"Gute Unterkunft"

Die Unterkunft ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen. Die Wohnung war sauber und angenehm. Es war alles da für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Der Check-in und -out war unkompliziert. Einen besonderen Dank dafür, dass wir unser Gepäck noch einen Tag länger lagern konnten! Das war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Es gibt wenige Bars und Supermärkte in fussläufiger Nähe.

Die Lage ist okay als Ausgangspunkt. Das Apartment selbst ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet.

Nach vielen Aufenthalten in Italien ist die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr dürftig. Es wurden falsche Hinweise zum Transfer vom Flughafen zum Apartment gegeben, es gab ein Video zum Check-in (das war praktisch) und damit endete die Kommunikation. Keine Rückfrage zum Ankommen, Aufenthalt oder eine Nachricht zum Check-out. Offensichtlich ist der Vermieter nicht an Gästen interessiert.
