The location of Casal il Pozzo is perfect, with a beautful view of San Gimignano. The staff was very friendly, helpful and reachable at all times.

Upon arrival, the kitchen was not clean. Some dishes and some of the cutlery still had food stains. The pans were old and hardly to be used. The heating did not work, however, this was quickly fixes by the staff.

Un lieu superbe où l'on se sent bien : la piscine avec la vue magique, la tranquillité, l'espace dans le logement très bien équipé et un environnement parfait pour faire son footing matinal... Un séjour idéal dans la campagne toscane !

The kittens were extremely annoying and kept coming into the house, so we could not keep the doors open Very basic equipment in the kitchen and could use an update / modernisation A bit dark rooms, one bedroom had a smell of mold
