The location was excellent. Price was very good, one of the best rates around. Loads of space with defined areas.

The shower leaked and it was blocked. The doors and window allowed alot of outside noise in. There was a constant strange odour on the stairwell, that hit you when exited the apartment.

The location was great, easy to reach, lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was quite nice, although a little soft to our taste. Appartement was quite large as well, with a very large shower.

The lift was extremely slow, but then our previous stay didn't even have one so this could be a plus. There was a smell on our floor, but fortunately it didn't get into the room. The first thing that caught our eyes inside the appartement was the big tub near the window, the second thing was the sign "out of service". There is a big window on the street side, without seals so even when closed you hear everything that happens in the street. There glasses in the kitchen are actually plastic (ok) but full of cracks which is not very appetising. With a couple of minor actions, this could be a very nice place, now it's just ok.

Even as a misunderstanding with another guest, the host solved the problem the next day.

Everything was great. The location is very good, not far away from train station, supermarkets near the location. The appartament is clean and very spacious. If you plan to visit Salento Peninsula is a good choice to stay here, even the city is not very crowded as Lecce and Bari, has a city port and a lot of good restaurants.

We didnt like A lot of stairs because the elevator was broken. The noise from other rooms was prety loud.

Location excellent. Building beautiful. Host responsive.

1.) Cockroaches in building every night (although not in our apartment. We did see them going under the door into the apartment opposite). Rodents on the outside space. So much pigeon poo on balcony i think its a health hazard. 2.) Apartment not very clean, kitchen cupboards dirty, surface sticky, shower caddy filled with slime where it's not been cleaned recently. 3.) Before arrival we had asked to extend for one night because our flight got moved. The hosts did not put this through booking.com and so wanted to charge more. When I raised this they offered to only charge us half the tourist tax but still charged 95 euros for a night. 4.) When we stripped bed the mattress liner was stained. I would not stay here again personally but other reviewers seem happier. If it wouldn't have been difficult to find alternative accommodation (august) I would have left early.

Beautifu, clean rooms with kitchen. Good place for a family to stay. Supermarket is nearby.

In our room - there was an open spot in the toilet wall. I would prefer that the wall was totally closed.

Excellent location in the centre, next to super good restaurants and bars.

A very cozy place right in the center. as a single traveler, I felt safe and comfortable there. Great contact with the resident, Luigi is very nice and helpful. I recommend!
