our favorite place in this apartment was the terrace and garden as well as a place for our small dogs, all household appliances were in place and were very useful, Mrs. Ayla was very nice and speaks English so you can easily communicate in this language, everything is good She explained and remained on the phone if necessary, which is a huge plus.

the only thing missing was a socket in the bedroom.

Quiet and comfortable place, with a (small) car and good weather there is much to enjoy, and the quality/price ratio is good. Ayla was very helpful and reactive. The house is well equipped, also to use the washing machine or the dish washer. Everything was super clean.

Check-in/check-out is not exactly straightforward, everything considered I would never go for just one night and probably even two is not enough. It's very easy to exceed the available wattage (too low), and if it happens you have to go out looking for the general. In the night and with rains is quite annoying. Increasing it of 0.5 kW would be super cheap and very helpful. The place is close to the lake, but considering how steep it is and how narrow are the streets, it's not really a place good to walk around. Wifi was slow, surprising considering that in the area there is optical fiber.

The place is very well furnished, clean and nice view. The communicator Frau Ayla was very helpfull and nice.

Heating and hot water was very bad. it was so far behind power saving. Plus host must clearly advise clients that it is not possible to reach the apartment without owning private car. The area has no whatsoever taxi service nor Uber. No close or accessable supermarket or food items supply .
