Diamante: Appartamento nel cuore della Toscana

Sylvia (owner) met with us to hand over the keys and show us the apartment. Sylvia is responsive and fantastic! The apartment is in a great location, a 10-minute walk to the railway station (Florence to Pisa Trainline), 5 minutes to the grocery store, and close to several cafes and restaurants. We had a great four-night stay!

Great apartment for big family or group of friends. The owners are super nice!

Wonderful apartment. Spacious and comfortable. 2 balconies, one of witch was big enough to accommodate a table and 2 chairs, allowing guests to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. Fairly big bedrooms and a huge bathroom with the biggest shower cabin I have ever seen in a property to lend. We had a marvelous time staying here. The hosts were very amiable and friendly.

Such a big place, but missing a washing machine. We stayed for 6 nights, and needed to do laundry from time to time. It is unpleasant to put dirty and sweaty underwear and t-shirts in bags and throw it in the suitcase next to your clean ones. But just a house rules I guess. They might have had problems with previous guests and found the washing machine broken or something. Every washing machine is different and requires special care. And is extra difficult to use one, when is in different country, using different language. Otherwise everything else was more than excellent.

Good communication from the hosts from immediately after booking. Arranging a time on the day to collect the keys was straightforward. Parking was very convenient for the property. The host was very welcoming and happy to show us the apartment. This was very comfortable with lots of space and everything we needed. There was useful information about the facilities available locally. The arrangement for keys on leaving was straightforward. The location worked really well for us, between Firenze and Pisa.

De eigenaar had van te voren contact met ons gehad over de aankomsttijd, hij was keurig op tijd met de sleutels en gaf ons een rondleiding door de woning daarna gaf hij ons tips waar we konden eten, er lag een keurig mapje klaar met kaartjes van restaurants en bijvb taxi's. Zeer gastvrij.
