Love & Smile Apartment by Rent All Como

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è la posizione, vicina alla stazione dei treni, dei bus, al centro storico e alle attività da fare a Como, tipo mini crociera sul lago e la funicolare. Vicinanza a tutti i locali ed esercizi commerciali del centro storico. La presenza, anche se solo virtuale, della società che gestisce l’immobile e le indicazioni per arrivare in struttura e recuperare le chiavi. Deposito bagagli a pagamento a 100 metri dalla struttura. L’immobile ha un bel potenziale ma ha bisogno di più cura e molte cose vanno riviste.

Monolocale molto piccolo e pieno di mobilia, il che lo rende veramente cupo e buio. Poco insonorizzato, sullo stesso pianerottolo vi è un’altra struttura ricettiva e quando gli ospiti entrano, escono, o parlano sul pianerottolo sembra averli in camera. Nessuna presa alla testiera del letto, non è grave ma ormai tutti siamo abituati avere il telefono in carica sul comodino anche quando andiamo a letto. Stendino, aspirapolvere e materiale per la pulizia, essendo il monolocale molto piccolo e non disponendo di stanze di servizio, vengono lasciati accanto al letto.

La tapa del wc deberían cambiarla ya que está en muy mal estado, no se ve nada bien , es un punto de mejora

Location was amazing! Easy access to everything we wanted to do.

Unable to access WiFi. Not that big a deal

We stayed for two nights and loved the location, it is very close to everything you may need. There was an elevator in the building, the AC worked great. The apartment was clean and had enough utensils, clean bedding and towels.

The door was tricky to lock/unlock. Not enough outlet sockets in the apartment. Smaller than expected. The freezer door was broken - all our food froze. View - facing inside, bars on windows, neighbours smoking and loud right by the window. The room was flooded during a storm, as there was rain water coming from a broken gutter, through the window, luckily we were just checking out.

Accommodatie stonk/erg muf raampje, zelfs met raam open werkte niet. Doordat het raam open moest hadden we erg veel last van het geluid omdat we midden in de stad zaten ivm uitgaan jongeren. Appartement was zeer verouderd en o.a. kitvoegen en cement tussen de tegels zat allemaal schimmel. Scheuren in de muren. Bed lag niet comfortabel . Kortom wij hebben het appartement na 1 dag verlaten . Wij hebben nog geïnformeerd of wij restitutie konden krijgen van de dag dat wij eerder vertrokken dat was niet mogelijk. Ik zou deze zeer slechte accommodatie niet aanbevelen en ben ook zeer verbaasd dat deze zo hoog aangeschreven staat bij jullie.

The location is amazing! 5 minute walk from Ferry Port and the square has many restaurants to choose from! The apartment was good (very basic) but does the job when you are out exploring beautiful Como! Has good WiFi, a smart TV, and an AC unit. Very secure entry system (door has a chain and many locks, as well as two locked doors beforehand).

Not many outlet sockets available without unplugging necessary electricals Slight mould in shower (this is expected, it’s a shower in an apartment so has no air flow)

Ottima la posizione Appartamento comodo a tutti i mezzi pubblici e all'imbarco sul lago. Vicinissimo anche al centro.

Peccato per le finestre che si affacciavano sul cortile interno, ma era comunque indicato, non è stata una sorpresa
