Eine ganz tolle Anlage insgesamt. Tolles Haus und eine sehr gepflegte und schön bepflanzte Außenanlage. Unsere Wohnung war fantastisch, wir hatten so viel Platz und einen tollen riesigen Balkon. Ich habe es sehr genossen morgens dort die ersten Sonnenstrahlen zu empfangen. Die Anlage ist komplett eingezäunt und nur für Befugte betretbar. Die Tiefgarage ist auch fantastisch. Sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe und mehrere Lokale.

Die Lage ist nicht ganz glücklich, aber das war ja vorher bekannt.

We really liked the accommodation. We used this accommodation for a cycling holiday. The bike room was very safe, which was important to us. Even though the accommodation is by the road, there is a pretty nice peace. The accommodation environment was beautiful, spacious, clean, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. We highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return to this place again.

There is no possible to dislike something.

The apartment house is very clean and well arranged to the smallest details (e.g. underground garage, lockable storage place for bicycles, balcony, pool, barbecue place in the garden, original old timer Vespa at the reception). The house is an architectural masterpiece. The landlord is very kind, helpful and knows exactly how can he support the vacation of the guests. Nice green garden and clean pool. A few bicycles can be used for free which is quite practical for a short trip to Riva downtown or to Torbole.

Close to the road and a little bit noisy. However the windows are pretty good in soundproofing.

With my family we very much enjoyed our time at SOLeARIA. The residence is super modern, apartaments fully equipped (e.g. we have three types of coffee makers in our room - after all you are in Italy right? 😄), rooms were very clean, beds comfortable … everything beyond our expectations. Free bikes were nice touch, we used them pretty often to get to Riva or Arco. The location of residence was perfect as we did not need to spend everyday chilling at Garda lake. But if you have small children and your main goal is to be close to lake, I suggest you pick accomodation closer to city center. Danielle (the residence owner) was very friendly, helpful and always making sure we are doing great. That is excatly the approach we miss when staying at hotel. Overall 10/10 recommend!

Everything about the place is top notch. The location, a little bit outside of Riva isn't too bad either as you as easy can go to Arco witch has a lovely city center.

Extremely clean and we had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Lovely small swimming pool and beautiful view of mountains from our balcony. Daniele welcomed us warmly and he and his wife Elizabeth were very kind and helpful. Within cycling and walking distance of Riva del Garda, with lots of things to do in the area. Also several supermarkets nearby and a nice restaurant round the corner called Rolly’s
