The hosts’ behavior was below standard, and the check-in process was complicated. The apartment had a very bad smell and was not suitable for a family. I do not recommend it.

Nice and very spacious apartment very close to central attractions and the train station. It had a nice aesthetic.

The apartment was quite noisy due to poor soundproofing, and it could use some updates — especially the wall paint and parts of the bathroom. A TV would have been a nice addition. Still, these issues didn’t greatly impact my stay.

Good location, spacious rooms, spacious bathroom

First of all it was written there is a lift - yes there was a lift, but you have to climb 50 stairs before the lift. For us being with a baby stroller and luggage it was an awful experience. Then when entering the apartment we were “welcomed” by disgusting smell of old cooking oil. The kitchen absorber was not cleaned lately and it smelled a lot in the kitchen and in the entry.

It was the nicest apartment in italy i've been to. Close to the train station, in the city center. beautiful building. our stay was comfortable

Check-in and Check-out was as easy as it could be. The apartment was clean and spacious. The elevator is a must see attraction and always fun to ride :) Location is nice to explore the city. Groceries are only minutes away. We would definitely stay here again. There was a pidgin we named Paolo, that was always eager to see the inside of the apartment ;)

Great location! The house was amazing, modern and beautiful. You could hear someone playing the piano. It had Everything that was needed for our stay.

this is the most wonderful apartment I have been in Italy. Clean bed, hot water, spacious room and kitchen with all tableware, high speed Wi-Fi. The price is also reasonable and location is just 5min away from Genova Brignole station. very nice and quiet area!
