It was a place to stay. The bed was comfortable. The appliances worked.

No AC installed. Hot weather meant hot & humid nights making sleep uncomfortable. There was no lounge room to relax. Two bedrooms & small kitchen only. We had No Smart TV or Cable TV although the Website said Cable TV was available. The TV was around 32" & no English so we didn't watch it. After being out all day it would have been nice to kick back & watch Netflix etc. The mentioned "garden view" wasn't such. You can see it from the toilet only..! It was noisy from constant traffic, so trying to cool down was difficult due to the traffic. AC or ceiling fan at least would have made the difference, where we could keep the windows shut & still breathe. A simple basic accommodation is the best description. It didn't meet our expectations of a $2500 flat hire.

Paolo the host, was friendly and helpful . The apartment was perfect, got the evening sun on the balcony with a nice view. 20 minutes from the tower and 20 minutes from the station.

The road was a bit noisy at times with windows open but far from unbearable.

We had a great stay , the apartment is spacious and very clean with a good location, Paolo is a very helpful guy , and cares very much about the details and gives much attention to his guests from the moment you book unill you leave. Recommended for sure.

The property is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is 10/10. And Paolo was very approachable and helped us with everything we needed.

Lovely, spacious, clean accommodation in the center of the town. Great location within walking distance from the main attractions of the city (Leaning Tower, Piazza dei Miracoli) and railway station (a great advantage if you want to visit other places in Tuscany). Great communication from the host, including a lot of useful recommendations. We wished we could have stayed longer.

A very spacious apartment.Well decorated with all amenities. The apartment itself is quiet but it's on a busy main road. There are shutters and stilt and turn double glazed windows. There is little night time traffic but a lot of early morning commuter traffic.The beds are extremely comfortable.The linen spotless. The whole place is very clean. There is a handy general store next door.

It's a residential area and a few minutes walk to bars restaurants and larger supermarkets
