PILOTTA's Balcony

The location and balcony were fantastic. While the apartment is small it is well thought out and we enjoyed our stay and the way the owner treated us.

A few minor things like a corkscrew, knife, would have been nice but we travel with them anyway.

Amazing location, view from the balcony exceptional. Easy check in. Very available host, answering to all the inquiries right away.

Warning to everyone who will be staying in the property! There are constructions going on in the same building on the first floor. We woke up at 7 in the morning with insane loud noise, the feeling was like the building will fall apart. Not nice experience at all. As per host works should start at 8am, probably that morning something went wrong and workers decided to start earlier. Would be great to have couple of plates, forks available. Maybe a kettle for hot water and two wine glasses. I am renting constantly apartments for my travels and i got used that at least a small bottle of water is there for you, nice touch it specially after long travel. There is a coffee machine available, useless from my point of view, as no coffee pots are there. I don’t believe that there will be anyone who will buy the box of pods just for the duration of the stay.

I really enjoyed the staying here. The host was very kind and attentive. He was very helpful with the keys as well. The apartment matched the description, and was very comfortable and quiet. I would stay here again!

There were a lot of keys and I arrived late after a long travel day and had some confusion as to where the keys were located and which key opened which door. But that was mostly my fault because I very tired.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY! The apartment was very clean, comfortable bed, and with an awesome view. The balcony was a wonderful spot to sip esspresso (great nespresso machine in the room) and prosecco (chilled in the fridge) while watching people mill about. 12 minute walk to the train station, 5 or less to many different places to eat (and grocery), walking distance to all the sites. The food was FANTASTIC! Lorenzo provided recommendations and was kind enough to book me reservations on the busy weekend. Lorenzo was quick to respond to messages and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as a solo traveler in a new city. Thank you for everything, Lorenzo! I hope to return!

the location was really awesome !

there was nothing to make or to use for breakfast/lunch/dinner. no kitchenware, not even a glass.

We had a really nice stay, the location of the apartment is wonderful, Lorenzo, the host, helped us finding our way in park and sent us some restaurants and things we should visit. If your staying in parm, I really do recommend this appartement. Thank you Lorenzo for the stay
