appartamento confortevole, ben pulito e centralissimo

Posizione, vista, poltrone, ascensore.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo non esiste! Mancavano tutti i servizi. Lampadine che non andavano, macchina del caffè mal funzionante e TV rotta.

Gabbiani rumorosi sul tetto per tutta la notte. Passata notte insonne. Nessuna finestra nell'appartamento, solo velux.

Die Ausstattung. Nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser, keine Kaffeekapsel für die Kaffeemaschine, viele billige Einrichtungsgegenstände, scheinbar von IKEA, kein Küchenhandtuch, keine Spülmaschine (aber man soll das Geschirr abwaschen) . Alles eher nicht so gastfreundlich

The property is in an excellent location, right in Lerici, which is a beautiful place to stay. The area is convenient for exploring, and the surroundings give a real sense of the charm of the town.

Unfortunately, communication was very slow. Despite sending messages before arrival, I had to call three times for check-in instructions. Even then, I couldn’t open the door, and when I called again I was told to ask the neighbours to open it for me. The hot water was not actually hot, the internet did not work, and for such a high rental rate these issues should not occur. In addition, this is an attic, so don’t expect windows with a view of the beach. There is only one very small window close to the floor.
