"Looks nice in pictures but expensive for what is - needs some money spent to upgrade / renovate"

Quiet location. Pool. Views across to the coast. Helpful house manager with good comms. Good bathrooms.

Old aircon units which leaked - we were asked to empty collection buckets every day Ants and other insect infestation downstairs. Poor storage for clothes - have to live out of suitcases Terrible Wi-Fi - doesn’t appear to be a solution any time soon Large cellar room - strangely unused (but is damp). Could be a nice games room.

"Good but expensive"

The pool and the view at the sea

Little place to store clothes and other things. But there is an empty cellar which would be ideal to hang out if there would have been a couch and/or pool or football table. I asked before our trip which appartment we booked exactly but we didn’t get any answer. Eventually I found out myself.
